NAC New Albany Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services including driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, and related concrete work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Estimates provided are not binding quotes unless specifically stated in writing.
Estimates and Quotes
Free estimates are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and other factors. A formal written quote will be provided before work begins.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Prices may change after this period due to material cost fluctuations or other factors.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your written agreement or contract. Typical payment arrangements include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid work as permitted by Indiana law.
Warranties
We stand behind our work and provide warranties on labor and materials as specified in your written agreement. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be clearly outlined before work begins.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, ground settling, or other factors beyond our control. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, obtaining necessary permits when required, marking utility lines, and ensuring clear access to the work area.
You must inform us of any known site conditions that may affect the work including underground utilities, septic systems, or property line disputes.
Liability and Insurance
NAC New Albany Concrete carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
Scheduling and Delays
We will make reasonable efforts to complete your project on schedule. However, projects may be delayed due to weather, material availability, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for damages resulting from reasonable project delays.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has begun.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved under the laws of the State of Indiana. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
